- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Add diced carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over your choice of pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
