- 200g spaghetti
- 150g chicken fillet, diced
- 100g carrots, julienned
- 2 eggs
- 100ml cream
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and Parmesan.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken and carrots.
- Remove from heat and mix in egg mixture quickly to create a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
