Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150g chicken fillet, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and Parmesan.
  6. Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken and carrots.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in egg mixture quickly to create a creamy sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
