Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Soak chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Peel and cut potatoes into fries.
- Fry potatoes in the same oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
- Serve chicken with fries on the side.
