- 1 lb pasta of choice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add ground chicken; cook until browned.
- Stir in corn, crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and serve topped with bolognese sauce.
