Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 100g sweet corn, drained

  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded chicken and sweet corn, cooking until heated through.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drain spaghetti and add to the sauce.
  8. Toss to coat evenly.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
