- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 12 ounces pasta of choice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Pour in vodka, cook for 2-3 minutes until reduced.
- Add heavy cream, stir well.
- Incorporate shredded chicken and corn, mix until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to combine.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of vodka for desired flavor.
