Chicken and Corn Vodka: 30 Minutes to Creamy Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in vodka, cook for 2-3 minutes until reduced.
  5. Add heavy cream, stir well.
  6. Incorporate shredded chicken and corn, mix until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add cooked pasta, toss to combine.
  9. Serve hot.

  • Use fresh or frozen corn.
  • Adjust the amount of vodka for desired flavor.
