Chicken and Corn Vodka: 5-Minute Comfort Food Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Mix in the chicken and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
