Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in the chicken and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with pasta or rice.
