- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
