Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, carrots, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken to the pot and reduce heat to a simmer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture into the simmering broth.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes until dumplings are fluffy.

- Use leftover cooked chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add herbs like thyme or parsley for extra flavor.
