Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of ginger to taste.
- Use fresh or leftover chicken for best flavor.
- Can add noodles for a heartier meal.
