Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
  • Add grated cheese on top before serving if desired.
