- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken.
- Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Add grated cheese on top before serving if desired.
