Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150g chicken fillet, diced
  • 100g kale, chopped
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and diced chicken, cooking until chicken is browned.
  4. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken and kale.
  7. Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, coating the pasta.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
