- 200g spaghetti
- 150g chicken fillet, diced
- 100g kale, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and diced chicken, cooking until chicken is browned.
- Add kale and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with chicken and kale.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, coating the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.

- Use whole grain spaghetti for a healthier option.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add peas for extra vegetables.
