Ingredients
Scale
- 2 chicken fillets, diced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken, cook until browned.
- Pour in vodka, simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cream and kale, cook until kale wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
