Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are soft.
- Pour in vodka and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
