Ingredients

  • 2 cups orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound chicken fillet, diced

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add orzo and Italian seasoning, reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add spinach, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
