- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Add chicken and peas. Stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
