Ingredients

- 2 cups of chicken fillets, diced
- 1 cup of green peas
- 2 cups of crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and red chili flakes.
- Add green peas, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by varying chili flakes.
- Serve with pasta or rice if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
