Ingredients

  • 150g chicken fillet, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add peas and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with chicken and peas.
  7. Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.
