- 200g spaghetti
- 150g chicken fillet, diced
- 100g peas, frozen or fresh
- 2 eggs
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add peas and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with chicken and peas.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh peas for better flavor.

- Ensure to mix the egg mixture off the heat to avoid scrambling.
