- 500g chicken fillet
- 200g peas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken fillet. Cook until browned on both sides.
- Add diced tomatoes and capers. Stir well.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, adding peas in the last 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over pasta if desired.
