- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Pour in vodka and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add peas and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
- Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh herbs for garnish if desired.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
