Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pasta of choice, cooked
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add crushed tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
- Season with salt and serve over cooked pasta.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
