Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • Pasta of choice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and serve over cooked pasta.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
