Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Add crushed tomatoes, spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
