Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chicken, cooking until the chicken is golden.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan.
- Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with chicken and spinach.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
