Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Spread spinach pesto over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through before serving.
