Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add chicken fillets, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and add capers.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
