Chicken and Spinach Vodka: 30 Minutes to Creamy Bliss

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish with spinach and vodka sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup vodka sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour vodka sauce over chicken and stir in spinach.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
