Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup vodka sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour vodka sauce over chicken and stir in spinach.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
