Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Add vodka and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Combine pasta with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
  10. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
