- 2 chicken fillets, diced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 ounces penne pasta
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add vodka and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine pasta with the sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
