Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until sweet potatoes are well coated.
  4. Place sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
  5. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  6. Lay the chicken on top of the sweet potatoes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
