Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups Swiss chard, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until soft.
- Add garlic and chicken. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add Swiss chard. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
