- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a blender, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the pesto.
- Place chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Spread the tomato pesto evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
