Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to skillet.
- Cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, olives, and capers.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
