- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
