Ingredients

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
  4. Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
  5. Pour in vodka, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stir well.
  7. Simmer sauce for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
