- 1 cup vodka
- 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
- Pour in vodka, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream, stir well.
- Simmer sauce for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
