Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken fillets and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in vodka and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
