- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
