- 1 apple, diced

- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, apple, celery, and walnuts.
- Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture on bread slices.
- Top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve.
