- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 200g chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Push chicken to one side of the pan and pour in beaten egg, scrambling it.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and fish sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in fresh basil and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
