Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken broth and cover the pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
