A simple and delicious chicken broccoli rice casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Can substitute brown rice for white rice.
