- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice, shredded chicken, and steamed broccoli.
- In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
