Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, black pepper, and gochujang.
- Add the sliced chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
