Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook the chicken and shred it.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, rice, beans, salsa, and half of the cheese.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Add a portion of the chicken mixture to the center of the tortilla.
- Add avocado slices, sour cream, and cilantro on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the filling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Serve with extra salsa if desired.

- Use cooked chicken leftovers for quick preparation.
