Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken and shred it.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, rice, beans, salsa, and half of the cheese.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  4. Add a portion of the chicken mixture to the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add avocado slices, sour cream, and cilantro on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the filling.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  8. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  9. Serve with extra salsa if desired.
