- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, soup, cheese, rice, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- You can use leftover chicken for quicker prep.
- Top with extra cheese for a richer flavor.
