- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice, chicken broth, broccoli, cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as per your preference.
