- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground chicken over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
