Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets, diced
  • 200g chorizo, sliced

  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add chorizo and cook until slightly crispy.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper, canned tomatoes, chicken stock, and paprika.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
