Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken fillets using a meat mallet.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken fillet.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
