- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth and cream cheese to the pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
