Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
