- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the curry sauce.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface.
- Add lettuce, cucumber, and a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle cilantro on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Cut in half and serve.

- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot curry sauce.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers.
